At Were St Trading, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible items. Please ensure products are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact to facilitate a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box to help us identify your order.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
